At Mebeli, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

As a Print-on-Demand store, all products are created specifically for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design by mistake

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences or print process

We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing charts, and order information carefully before confirming the purchase.


✅ Accepted Return Reasons

We will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong size, print, or product)

  • The package was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

📸 Proof required:
You must submit clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or defective product within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or refund.


📦 Return Process

Since we do not stock inventory, most items do not need to be returned to us. Instead, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@mallmebeli.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

  2. Our support team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. If eligible, we’ll issue a free replacement or refund to your original payment method.


⏱️ Timeframe for Claims

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • If the order is marked as delivered but not received, report within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account (depending on your bank or provider).
